01How does an order work?+
Choose a game and service, configure your goal, accept the service-specific risk notice and check out. Paid orders enter a private queue where an eligible booster can claim the job. You then track milestones and communicate in your dashboard.
02What is the difference between solo and duo queue?+
For solo services, an assigned booster plays on the supplied account. With duo queue you keep control of your account and play alongside the booster. Duo queue costs twice the comparable solo service and is the lower-risk option.
03Which regions are available?+
RankShift currently accepts orders in Europe only. North America, Oceania, Asia Pacific and MENA will appear as coming soon until local booster coverage is ready.
04How are account details protected?+
Credentials should never be pasted into normal order chat. Solo orders include an encrypted credential vault that is accessible only to the assigned booster and authorized administrators.
05Can boosting affect my account?+
Yes. Account sharing or rank manipulation can violate a game publisher's terms and may result in restrictions or bans. RankShift presents this risk before payment and recommends duo queue or coaching where possible.
06Can I use a one-time promo code?+
Yes. Administrators can create public, limited-use, or customer-specific codes. Valid codes can be applied in the order summary before checkout.
