Refund and withdrawal policy
This policy explains when work can be cancelled, what happens after delivery begins and how EU consumers can exercise the statutory withdrawal right.
1. Before work starts
Ask support to cancel before a specialist starts the service. If no work has been performed, MaxBoosting will normally refund the paid service amount to the original payment method, excluding only amounts the law permits us to retain.
2. Fourteen-day withdrawal right
EU consumers normally have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous statement through live support or use the model form below. This statutory right is separate from any commercial remedy.
3. When immediate work was requested
Checkout lets you expressly request performance during the withdrawal period. If you withdraw after work begins, you owe a proportionate amount for the part already delivered. The withdrawal right ends once the service is fully performed after your prior express consent and acknowledgement.
4. Delivery problems
If MaxBoosting cannot deliver the agreed scope, it may offer a reasonable correction, reassignment or refund for the undelivered portion. Contact support promptly with the order ID and relevant evidence. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
5. Publisher action and customer delays
Publisher restrictions, bans, outages or ranking changes are disclosed service risks and do not automatically prove non-performance. MaxBoosting will still assess whether the agreed work was delivered. Delays caused by missing access, unavailable customer scheduling or inaccurate order information may extend the estimate.
6. Processing a refund
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method without undue delay and normally within 14 days after acceptance. Bank or payment-provider posting times are outside MaxBoosting’s control. A support case records the decision and calculation.
