Terms of service

These terms govern MaxBoosting accounts, orders and marketplace services. The checkout summary and the policies linked there form part of the contract.

1. Marketplace role

MaxBoosting connects customers with independent skilled players for gaming services. A paid order enters a fulfilment queue and is assigned when an eligible booster accepts its stated scope and payout.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for accurate account information, secure passwords and all activity under your MaxBoosting account.

3. Publisher rules and risk

Rank boosting, account sharing or coordinated rank progression may violate a game publisher’s terms. Publishers may restrict, suspend or permanently ban accounts. MaxBoosting is independent of every supported game publisher and developer and cannot remove this risk. Customers must accept the risk disclosure before payment.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

The checkout summary controls the service scope, region, mode, price and estimated delivery window. Estimates are not guarantees and may change because of matchmaking, publisher outages, scheduling or customer delays. PayPal or Stripe processes payment data; MaxBoosting never stores raw card numbers.

5. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide timely, accurate information and must not request cheating, exploits, harassment or illegal conduct. Credentials must be shared only through the encrypted vault and should be changed after completion.

6. Booster responsibilities

Boosters may claim only work they can complete, must communicate professionally, protect customer data, avoid cheats and unauthorized software, and follow the agreed scope. Payouts are based on the net amount shown before a job is claimed.

7. Cancellations and refunds

EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance service contract. At checkout, the customer may expressly request work to begin immediately. If the customer withdraws after work begins, the amount due is proportionate to work already performed. The right ends after full performance where the customer gave prior express consent and acknowledged that consequence. The Refund and Withdrawal Policy explains the process and model form.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxBoosting is not responsible for publisher enforcement, game outages, rank-system changes or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Complaints and disputes

Contact MaxBoosting through live support first so the team can investigate. EU consumers keep any mandatory right to use an appropriate consumer mediator and competent courts. The appointed mediator and operator details appear in the Legal Notice.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes apply prospectively and the date above identifies the current version. Order-specific questions, cancellation requests and privacy requests can be sent through the authenticated support workspace or the public live-support widget.
